In Year 7 and Year 8, all students study either French, German or Spanish.

In Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11), all students are encouraged to continue with one or two foreign languages, although the study of a modern foreign language is no longer compulsory. Those who continue are prepared for GCSE examinations in their chosen language(s): French, German or Spanish.

In Years 12 and 13, students may choose to study French, German or Spanish at AS / A2 level.

During the course of the year, there is a Middle School German exchange to Herrenberg. In addition, in the Sixth Form, trips to France, Germany and Spain are encouraged.
